Seti
The Seti River is another classic Nepali River coming from the Himalaya, winding its way through forested canyons and twisted rock and sandstone formations. This river travels through Magar villages from where the famous Gurkha soldiers hail. It is a gentle ride with great scenery, a great family trip.
Rafting
While the river rages in the monsoon, for the rest of the year it’s a friendly safe and fun rafting trip. It’s a fantastic rafting trip for first timers, families and those who don’t have so much time. The river is easy but still provides some good thrills with its rapids. It is said to be the warmest river in Nepal. The Seti River is one of the most beautiful and pristine rivers in the Himalayas. With dense remote jungle, exquisite sandy beaches and class II - III whitewater runs, perfect for beginner kayakers, and its sure to get you addicted.
Kayaking
One of the best rivers to learn to kayak. Throughout the 4-day clinic, you will cover all the basic skills including paddle strokes, Eskimo rolls, Eskimo rescues and the art of reading whitewater. Our instructors are some of the best whitewater paddlers and kayakers in the world with a strong history of running rivers. This is also a nice run for intermediate kayakers wanting to take things alittle easy, or for a warm up to bigger rivers.

Itinerary
DAY 1:
We depart from Pokhara or Kathmandu early by bus to the start point of our rafting trip. We take lunch and set up the rafts at which point your guides will issue you with the standard rafting equipment, a paddle, a helmet and a life jacket. We then head to the river for our safety briefing. Listen carefully for instruction and how to act upon the guide’s commands, not falling out of the raft and having a good time. We have an easy afternoon of rafting before landing the boats at a secluded beach and making our camp. After the hustle and bustle of our road journey we will all relax in quite surroundings and savor the beginning of our rafting journey.
DAY 2:
Today we enjoy a full day of rafting on the river, passing some impressive rapids, We have plenty of time to relax and enjoy the scenery and maybe do some swimming before rafting into the Trisuli river where we will take our rafts out and depart for Kathmandu or Pokhara.
