Annapurna Trekking Without a doubt, Annapurna has to be one of the most popular trekking destinations in the world, here, in this magnificent Himalayan region. It is a trek to suit the fitness level of anyone, and we can even arrange a pony trek for those not minded or unable to physically trek. The Annapurna region is in the midwest of the Himalayan range and spreads its snow capped peaks along the lush valley which contains Pokhara and the emerald blue Few Tal which can be seen to reflect the mountains on a clear day. The Annapurna region covers a wide range of climatic and altitudinal zones, a trek here can cover heights from 900 to 5,600 meters and affords you the chance to experience many different types of climatic plants and animals. Most parts of Annapurna fall within a conservation area and with support from tourism and the government, the Annapurna Conservation Project aspires to improve local living standards, protect the environment and develop a more "sensitive" form of tourism. One of its most important functions has been to develop courses on environmental education in local schools. For detailed itinaries please email us |

Annapurna Base Camp Annapurna Base camp is encompassed by the preservation area of Annapurna Sanctuary and takes you through the lush sub tropical jungle to the sparsely vegetated fish bowl that houses the small collection of huts and tea houses that is Annapurna Base Camp. This is a worth while and stunning trek that takes you right into the heart of the mountains. You can also combine this trek with the circuit trek. Annpaurna Base Camp is perhaps one of the most surreal places on earth; you can embrace the mountain silence and solitude and imagine yourself so far removed from everyday life.
